Dear Techie-Guy,

Once in a blue moon I attempt to
log into my email account, and receive an error message instead. It was working before ... What can I do?

Hello Eudorable,

If your password does not seem to be working or if you are getting errors when accessing your account, it may be because you spelled your password incorrectly.

In particular, check to be sure that the Caps Lock key or Num Lock keys are set properly for you to enter your password.

If you just configured your Eudora for your account, please ensure that you have entered the information correctly and that you have not misspelled any of the information.

If you have forgotten your password or if you are experiencing an email problem not covered here, please call Dan Roehre at either 262-7371 or 265-4499, or Beth at 265-3221. We can give you your password again or offer additional assistance.
