Technical Support - Computer Services
 
Following are the primary responcibilities of Computer Services:
 

User Consultation & Support:

Providing School of Business Faculty & Staff with training and/or support on utilizing all TSC resources.  
 

Hardware/Software Maintenence & Support:

Maintaining all School of Business computing equipment in Grainger Hall.
 
Maintaining Windows computer classroom.  
Maintaining computer labs (Windows computers).
 
Maintaining the TSC research/instructional network and file/print servers
 
Providing and maintaining documentation
 
 

Video Conferencing Support:

Maintaining all School of Business Video / Distance Commincation equipment in Grainger Hall.
 
Providing School of Business Faculty & Staff with support for Video Conferencing.  
 
In order to provide the utmost degree of service, the TSC adheres to several Hardware & Software Policies.
